At Audio Advice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance audio and home theater gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
